ABOUT THE FACILITY

TrappCall has been providing collect call services from the Thunder Bay Correctional Centre for over 15 years. The Thunder Bay Correctional Centre is a mixed maximum security detention institution for male offenders serving sentences of less than two years.

Inmates serving sentences in correctional facilities often have sentences ranging from 60 days to a maximum of two years, less a day. Inmates serving prison sentences are qualified for the following benefits:

  • work experience

No.

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT?

You simply show up during regular visiting hours, no appointment necessary. Visitors are allowed entry in the order they arrive.

VISITATION DETAILS

Visitation Duration: A visitation period of twenty (20) minutes is allowed for Remand inmates. For sentenced inmates, 40 minute touch visits are permitted.

Visits Per Week: Two visits per week for inmates

Visitor Count: Maximum of 2 adult visitors are allowed per visit

Money On Visit: You are allowed to a maximum of $100 in the form of cash or money order
