Central East Correctional Centre (Lindsay Jail)

ABOUT THE FACILITY

TrappCall has been providing collect call services from the Central East Correctional Centre for over 15 years. A medium/maximum provincial jail opened in 2002, Central East Correctional Centre (also known as Lindsay Jail) has 1,184 adult male and female inmates in both detained and sentenced confinement.

Inmates serving sentences in correctional facilities often have sentences ranging from 60 days to a maximum of two years, less a day. Inmates serving prison sentences are qualified for the following benefits:

  • programs for education
  • counseling
  • work experience

HOW DO I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO VISIT?

Every visit must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

VISITATION DETAILS

Visitation Duration: A visitation period of thirty (30) minutes is allowed.

Visits Per Week: Two visits per week for inmates

Visitor Count: Maximum of 2 adult visitors and unlimited children ages 16 and under are allowed per visit

Money On Visit: You are allowed to a maximum of $240 in the form of cash or money order
