What do I need to make TrappCall Bill Payment using my Banks Online Banking?
To make a Bill Payment to your TrappCall Account, you will first need to know your TrappCall 10 digit Account #. To obtain/verify your TrappCall Account please contact the TrappCall Customer Service.

How do I make a TrappCall Bill Payment using my Banks Online Banking?
You must log into your Banks Online Banking Web Portal and Register TrappCall as a Payee. In registering TrappCall as a Payee, please ensure that you enter your TrappCall 10 Digit Account number correctly. Once you have registered TrappCall as a Payee you will be able to easily make repeated payments to your TrappCall Account when ever you like.

After making a Bill Payment, when does my TrappCall Account get updated?
Payments made to your TrappCall Account using your Banks Online Web Portal will be posted to your TrappCall Account the next business day.

What other methods of payments are available to me?

You do not have to be a TD Canada Trust cusotmers, however if you are a TD Canada Trust customer you can make your payment using the TD Canada Trust - Telephone Banking Service.

What do I need to make a Direct Deposit via TD Canada Trust?
To make a Direct Deposit via TD Canada Trust to your TrappCall Account, you will first need to know the following:

  • Account Name: TrappCall Phone Services
Via TD Branch
Visit any TD Branch and advise the teller that you would like to make a DIRECT DEPOSIT deposit to the TrappCall A/C using the Branch # and Transit number above.
Obtain a receipt from the teller then call TrappCall customer service to report your payment.
Via Telephone Banking
Simply call TD Canada Trust Telephone Banking and advise the representative that you would like to make a REAL-TIME-TRANSFER to the TrappCall A/C using the Branch # and Transit number above.
Obtain a refence-code from the representative then call TrappCall customer service to report your payment.

What type of Credit Cards can I use to make payments to my account?
TrappCall currently accepts VISA (including VISA DEBIT) and MASTERCARD credit cards.
We accept most PRE-PAID Credit Cards. Please check with our customer service to confirm that a particular PRE-PAID Credit Card will be acceptable before purchasing.

Do I have to complete the Credit Card Authorization Form?
The TrappCall Credit Card Authorization Form must be completed by the credit card holoder for any credit card that will be used to make a payment towards the TrappCall Account..

How do I make a payment uing a Credit Card?
You can use a Credit Card to make a payment to your account via any of the following three methods:

Simply call the Toll Free Telephone Number, press the option for Sales and make your Credit Card paymet by talking to any of the Live Customer Service Represtatives
Automated IVR
Simply call the Toll Free Telephone Number, press the option for Self Help IVR and make your payment using the Automated IVR System
The Automated Sefl Help IVR system is available to you 24 hours a day
Web Portal
Simply log into your TrappCall A/C using the Customer Web Portal, select the menu/tab for Payments and follow the instructions for making Credit Card payments
